With 10 years of Food Service Industry experience and 30 more years of cooking for the pure love of it, Josie's is the cumulation of passion, experience, and the love of cooking that began at a very early age watching Grandma cook. When I left the industry, I never strayed far, knowing that one day, I would return to share my brand of amazing, fresh, homemade food with the world.
Josie's brings together several styles of food, from traditional italian deli style sandwiches and salads, the comfort foods people rely on like Grilled Cheeses and Mac and Cheeses, to vegetarian and vegan options, gluten free food, and other healthier options that actually taste good. Oh... and... Don't forget those famous Buffalo Wings!!! The best in the business!!
