A lot of you have been asking if we are ever going to open later… We’ve decided to run a test. Starting Friday, March 10th, we will be open until 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays! One exception will be St. Paddy’s Day, March 17th, we will be closing at 5:00 PM for a private event. Let us know what you think! And more importantly, come grab your weekend dinner at Josie’s!

As most of you know, NJ.COM did a thing on Cheese Steaks. They rated the top 30 restaurants in the state with the best cheese steak sandwiches… and we came in as NUMBER SIX!! Fun Fact… we are the only one on the list in Monmouth County, so Yes! we can say it! JOSIE’S IS THE NUMBER 1 CHEESE STEAK IN MONMOUTH COUNTY!!!

By now, at almost 2 years into this fun project, based on your reviews and feedback, Josie’s has earned a special place in our customer’s hearts (and stomachs!). Only a small percentage of you know how people react to our catering. We’ve been told its pretty spectacular! (Apparently, I make the best Chicken Francaise they’ve ever had!). We have an extensive list of ‘suggestions’ of what we can do for you on our website. That said, we can do just about anything with one promise… It will be amazing!
